With duct cleaning we offer several pricing packages that range from 99 – 495 depending on your needs. (one a/c unit and up to 10 vents w one return)..2 or more units will be higher costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact with us on Thumbtack we make an appointment to come by to give an estimate of the project, we agree on the costs and tasks needed and then we set an appointed day to complete your jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The franchise company offers yearly classes and licensing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working for a great company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of customers from the very famous to regular folks like myself, but everyone gets the same great service that I pride myself on. Fare pricing and great service for all!!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Completed a duct cleaning on a very large house and the customers were very pleased with the quality of our work and how much better the air was and had less dust settling on the furniture.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Since I am new in the business I can only say check out the company you want to do business with and if the price sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Avoid those 49.00 groupon specials and mailouts, They cannot do a whole house duct cleaning for 49.00.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would like for people to know that yes there are people in this business that don’t play fare and give honest pricing, but in my case if your ducts don’t need to be cleaned I’m not going to try to sell you on work you don’t need. That’s why we offer a free inspection of your ducts before we start.
